DINNER
11 recipes
It does not always have to be sweet — here you will find my savoury recipes for lunch and dinner. Everyday-friendly, without exotic ingredients and made so the whole family joins in.
I like to cook simply: a few good ingredients, clear steps and dishes that are still doable after a long day. With every recipe I tell you what can be prepped and how to save time.
Many dishes double up nicely and reheat the next day — handy when you want to cook for two days at once. Where that works well, I say so.

♡Relaxed cooking — my everyday tips
Half the success is in the prep: chop and weigh everything before the stove goes on, then nothing gets frantic. Salt early and taste as you go — seasoning up is easier than rescuing.
Leftovers are gold. Many savoury dishes taste even better reheated, because the flavours develop. Plan a little extra and freeze portions for busy days.
The questions I get asked most often — answered briefly and honestly.
Are these recipes everyday-friendly? –
Yes, that is exactly what they are for: manageable ingredient lists, clear steps and timings that fit into a normal evening. Where speed matters, I mark the quick recipes.
Can I prepare dishes ahead or freeze them? +
Much of it yes. Stews, bakes and sauces cook ahead and freeze well. For each suitable recipe I note what is worth preparing in advance.
Can I leave out or replace the meat? +
Often easily — many dishes also work vegetarian with pulses, mushrooms or vegetables. Just make sure to season the dish well enough then.
